You should be able to compare your scripts. In your Controller, when you go to User Experience > APPLICATIONNAME > Configuration > Configure JavaScript Agent, under 3. Save Config and Generate HTML Snippet, you should see a line similar to this: <script src='//cdn.appdynamics.com/adrum/adrum-4.5.13.2640.js'></script> (or whevever you're hosting your adrum) If you look at the code you're serving up in your application header you should be able to compare the adrum-4.5.13.2640.js to yours. ... Essentially it's just a javascript injected in the header of your application, so the delay in IE might be in the way or order that it tried to run through the header. It'll be an interesting experiment to try and run F12/inspect element on an IE and a couple other browsers when running your application site to see if there is a difference. If I understand your question correctly then what you'll want to do is install a Database Agent on your Controller (or some other place where your DB server can reach). I don't know if they still maintain it, but they used to have a FastAppConfig application you could download off a GitHub site which allowed you to mass configure things like BTs and Dashboards, but I don't know if that's still the case. I'm a bit new to the cluster agents myself, but my understanding is that the Cluster agent is newer and so it provides a bit more detail into the pods and clusters, it's also a different license. Whereas the traditional machine agent with server visibility enabled is the traditional approach for non-containerized environments. When you deploy a machine agent into your build process it requires a lot more overhead to upkeep them, but a cluster agent gets added as a mount with a shared .yml in your build process and so it gets managed and distributed much more easily. ... That would be neat.  One way to possibly fake it is to make a dashboard with multiple widgets, and pick a different custom time frame for each widget, then line them up together. If you have server visibility enabled on that Windows server it should show you what you're looking for. What you can do is set a custom date range right around that time, and then click on that server from the servers list and then look under the process tab for a list of processes, CPU (%) and Memory should be listed near the end (if not then click on view options and check CPU (%) and Memory, to have them show up and you can filter by those). Remember it averages out based off the time frame you're looking at so make your custom time frame as small as possible. If the entire thing crashes, you may also be able to find it in the machine agent's logs on that server. Click on the Application then go to Configuration > Instrumentation > Data Collectors, and at the bottom you should see an "Add" button to add it.  Another place to try could be to Click on the "Transaction Detection" or "Backend Detection" buttons and see if you can't call them out specifically by the method and class call (Live Preview feature may help).  ... Sorry for the long wait, I've been slammed at work due to some end of the year things. I'm noit entirely sure about the nodes, but you should be able to manually force the tier names to be what you want.
