How do I get in?
There are three main steps in the Splunk MVP journey:
- Engage with the Splunk Community: Provide solutions in Splunk Answers, host Splunk User Group events, or assist other Splunk users in Community Slack. If there’s something else you do to assist members of the Splunk Community all year-round, that can count too!
- Get Noticed: Once annually, during the SplunkTrust selection period, the Splunk Community Team will review any applications and additionally notify the most active members of the community to join the MVP program.
- Get Started: Once MVPs are selected, they’ll be asked to fill out an acceptance form, and new MVPs will be announced in the Splunk Community Blog. Then, MVPs will be connected with Splunk and the SplunkTrust to continue their Splunk Community Champions journey!

What to Expect
- Professional Recognition: Splunk MVP badge assigned to profile in Splunk Community, and granted for use on LinkedIn and elsewhere. Sharable MVP announcement article.
- SplunkTrust Pipeline and Special Access: AMAs and meet-ups set with the SplunkTrust and Splunk Community Team to get technical questions answered and to learn how to level up to SplunkTrust status.
- Advocacy and Engagement: Provide feedback on Splunk products and programs, volunteer onsite at Splunk events, engage in other exciting opportunities.
