Hi Charan there is no way to determine the size of the data is being send from single agent to the controller, because this depends on many circumstances, let see the type of data send by any agent first 1- it send about 10% of normal transaction snapshot, then it send all slow, very slow, stall, and failed transactions (of transactions with errors) 2- also it sends metrics for each (services, business transactions detected in the application)  3- if you enable the analytics for this application, you will find additional data send to controller so based on how complex your application , and how much traffic if getting out from your application, this will raise of lower traffic from the agent to controller. my suggestion is to enable traffic capture between your agent and  controller based on IP address and port number, and then calculate the amount of data daily and monthly, this will be the best accurate way to find the amount of data you seek. best regards Wael abdelwahab  ... hi the connection refused here is related  of Netviz errors , if you are not using Network Agent , i suggest you disable it through: 1- Agent node propriety from the controller by adding the following: Name: socket-enabled Description: socket-enabled Type: Boolean Value: false 2-From the Java Agent: Stop the Agent. Hi currently Appdynamics cannot send SNMP traps , moreover sending SNMP traps from Management server is not good idea because the source of the trap will always come from the controller not from the actual impacted server (or CI if you are using CA SOI or DOI with CA spectrum) but you can send email as alert action, maybe to open ticket in any Service desk the other option is to have HTTP request as alert action, that communicate with CA Spectrum SDK best regards wael abdelwahab ...
