Does AppDynamics integrate with CA Spectrum?

Does AppDynamics integrate with CA Spectrum? CA Spectrum is the application used in our Data Center to receive application alerts and CA Spectrum integrates with ServiceNow and create incidents for the alerts/events. I was wondering if AppDynamics can send SNMP traps or emails to Spectrum?

Hi

currently Appdynamics cannot send SNMP traps , moreover sending SNMP traps from Management server is not good idea because the source of the trap will always come from the controller not from the actual impacted server (or CI if you are using CA SOI or DOI with CA spectrum)

but you can send email as alert action, maybe to open ticket in any Service desk

the other option is to have HTTP request as alert action, that communicate with CA Spectrum SDK
