I have been looking into Smart Agents to simplify Agent management and our Applications run in Microsoft Windows. Looking at the documentation a smart agent installable is not available for Windows? I am surprised given its widespread installed base. Please correct me if I am wrong and would like to know more about this. Update : Please ignore the above there is an installation package available for Windows here, Smart Agent (appdynamics.com) Thanks.

We installed a .NET agent on a website and soon after the website shut down with the following error, "NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.8964 - Fatal Execution Engine Error (5ABCE2D2) (80131506)" The machine is running on .NET framework 2.0. Once the agent was uninstalled the website starts working fine. Any ideas on why this might have happened?

Hi, I would like to execute a windows script when a certain event is triggered. I am wondering how to upload a custom action script to a SaaS controller and NOT on-prem controller. All the documentation does is talk about on Prem controller. Thanks.

After deleting the application from AppDynamics and letting it register again, the BT's are fine. This time no "Invalid transaction ID" message. But, the dashboard is empty! I see all the BT's in the transaction snapshots though.

Great. Mine is in Prod as well. But we deleted the application in AppDynamics to try to register itself again. No point in monitoring something that's not collecting metrics.

Okay. I did delete the application once and let the agent register itself all over again. So why are the deleted application and its BT's getting correlated with the new application?

Hi, I have a similar issue. Checked the logs for errors and issues and all of them seem to be fine. I am getting no business transactions in the dashboard. However, I can see them all under "Snapshots". But under the column "Business Transaction" a lot of them have "Not found(id:xyz)". I have checked the configuration of the AppServer agent and machine agent and all seems to be correct. The same config worked previously before we had to uninstall everything and install the latest agents for the Log4j issue.
