Can I use APM with an Apache server on Windows

We have an Apache httpd server runnning on Windows hosting a new application.  I would like to set up performance monitoring for this application, however it appears that the Apache agent is only available on Linux.

I have found that I can install a machine agent on that server, and that there is an extension for Apache available.  That extension requires a Component ID from the AppD application, and while I can configure the application manually, I'm not certain how to associate the machine agent to that manually-created application, so I cannot obtain a component ID.

Has anyone tried to monitor an application running Apache on Windows?  Any suggestions on how to set up the association between the machine agent and the AppD application?

I am in the process of figuring that out as well. Will update you when I get there.
