Hi, I have created new 15 day trial account https://biker201909200035115.saas.appdynamics.com/controller/#/ After log out, there is no way to log in back again. None of the credentials are working. Password reset is also not working (I am 100% confident that I entered correct e-mail address, but no messages are reaching me). There is no documentation, what is the distintion between "Account" and "Username" on the login page and why there are two separate fields.
