Unable to log in to 15-day trial SaaS account on appdynamics

Hi,

I have created new 15 day trial account

https://biker201909200035115.saas.appdynamics.com/controller/#/

After log out, there is no way to log in back again. None of the credentials are working. Password reset is also not working (I am 100% confident that I entered correct e-mail address, but no messages are reaching me).

There is no documentation, what is the distintion between "Account" and "Username" on the login page and why there are two separate fields.

This problem was already raised:

https://community.appdynamics.com/t5/Licensing-including-Trial/Unable-to-Login-SAML-Error-in-15-days...

https://community.appdynamics.com/t5/Licensing-including-Trial/login-failed-on-new-trial-account/m-p...

And there is no solution in either of these two topics. Can you please take a look on that problem?

HI @Ankit.Mitra,

For some context, the issue with this original post is there was a typo in the email used to complete the trial form.

Once you complete the "Start free trial" form, you get an immediate email that gives you account information that allows you to log in. If you did not get an immediate email, there is a chance you entered the wrong email address.

If you did get the welcome email and are still having issues logging in. Please start a new thread with any relevant details.

The "Account" field is where you enter your SAAS Servername. Which appears to be biker201909200035115 for you. "username" is your actual username. I agree that can be misleading, so maybe they can rename "account" to something else like "Server" or something.
