Hi scott,  You can easily add thecurrent user identity (AD ID) as custom  user data to your browser snapshots by manual injection approach. If yes we would like to have an update on the status and help this get resolved. Well the thing is when using dexter, You must specify a user as username@account name https://github.com/Appdynamics/AppDynamics.DEXTER/wiki/Job-File#username-string So if your user is CREAdmin@somethingrather, where if you are on-prem, something rather is most likely "customer1", and if you are saas, it is your account name (you can always verify this from the controller's license screen, Account tab, "Name" parameter value). Hi Soundarajan, 1) The end user response time(EURT) for a page request is calculated till the onLoad event for the page is complete and then only beacons for the page request is sent. At present from the EUM perspective, we capture EURT via end to end call from the page, i.e. Average interval between the time that a user initiates a request and the completion of the page load of the response in the user's browser. Hi Wabz, Yes we have this limit of 500 pages(a limit of 500 total base pages (including virtual pages) + iframes) and 500 Ajax registration; Once this is reached no new pages will be registered(under any new name) until you delete the unwanted requests and bring your requests below limit. So you need to check whichever is(or if both are) exceeding, and you'll have to delete the requests which do not have load now or are unwanted. If they are returning back that means they are still being reported under older names somehow(probably becuase your page naming is not taking effect properly). Hi Wabz, Ideally all these dashboards show only those requests which are seeing load in the selected time frame. But when you uncheck the "with load" option, the resultant list will show you all your requests which ever got registered; including those pages which do not have load currently(means whic are not being accessed in that time frame). Say you selected last 5 minutes or last 15 minutes so then this list will show you all the requests which have load as wellas those whichdo not have load right now. Obviously naming convention won't take affect on those inactive pages, it will be visible only on the pages which have load. Also you need to delete all those already registered requests from that screen and let them re-register with new naming rules. Unless you delete the older pages new naming rule will not take effect. Hi Soundarajan2 Don't check the Average responce time(as its an aggregated info), you should chek the EURT for pages under both locations to identify which are taking loner time for End user access because this metric shows you the average interval between the time that a user initiates a request and the completion of the page load of the response in the user's browser. Again it gives you a detail of which part took how much time so that if a page has slow performance you can find out what was stuck. Refer to the below image that gives you a high level idea of how these times stand and which part acts where.   So if everything on UI side look fine, the metric that you need to check is "Server Connection Time" End User Experience|App|Server Connection Time (ms) which shows the Interval between the time that a user initiates a request and the start of fetching the response document from the server or application task. or the application server time(which shows you how much time was spent in the execution of this request on the app server). Refer to the below doc link for details on Browser RUm timing metric: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO44/Browser+RUM+Metrics Broadly EUM metrics will show you which part took how much of time. SO if you have server side correlation enabled, you can also see whether that extra time was spent in Browser side/network side or on teh server. Also if you have correlation enabled you can always open the APM side related snapshot to see what is taking more time. Hi Kyzhou, As you don't have an EUM license hence this 401 error you see. You need to have EUM license to use browser_records and synth data.  Now regarding your original query we can not select data to be shown from multiple tables unless they are from the same schema. Iff two tables that you are trying to see are in the same schema can you structure a query to fetch data combining both, but not in any other case.  Hope that clarifies. Do let me know in case you have further queries.  Thank You, Chitra ... Hi kyzhou, Can you please clarify what tables are these and where have you created these tables? This query(the one I gave with synthetic records * browser records) works for on prem controllers fine. Can you please confirm that if you remove all teh filters at least then it works for you first?What result you get for the below queries. SELECT * FROM synth_session_records SELECT * FROM browser_records SELECT * FROM transactions If however these are not analytics tables you can not use ADQL for querying them. Hi VIjay, Is this a new setup or was it working properly earlier? If it was working, what was changed after which you stopped seeing data? In case its a new setup, we would like to know what is your application framework and what injection method are you trying to use? Also I couldn't find any attachments in your post but we would suggest that you create a help ticket so that we can troubleshoot it properly. Community post is a public forum and we don't support asking for logs and othe rdata as its not secure for that. We would need more details for troubleshooting this as we would need to check the folowing: 1) Whether your controller is correctly configured to talk to your on prem EUM server or not 2) Whether adrum code is getting injected in you rpage or not. If yes whether or not is it at the right location(Assuming that you are using right method of injection)  3) If the injection is proper is the beacon sent and did it reach the EUM server succesfully? 4) Lastly if theer is nay isue for controller to download dat afrom EUM server and display on UI.
