SPlunk Id for certification

I can't get splunk to send me a an ID so I can register for an exam.  I have filled out the form multiple teems.   I have never had a tech company not let me register for an certification  exam before.  I need to schedule a day off to take the exam and I need this ASAP

So sorry about your experience. Once you fill out the Pearson VUE form, you should have received an email from them (sometimes it takes up to four hours to get this). The subject line is "Authorization to Test." This will have the Splunk ID to register with Pearson VUE. Check the spam folder as well. If you didn't receive anything, please contact certification@splunk.com. Here is the registration tutorial if that helps at all. Thanks!

Thanks. I want to get certified so that I have a solid knowledge of Splunk to evaluate it for my company. My experince getting a response from Splunk has not been the best. Is this typical getting support from Splunk?
