3317590 was generated on Sep 26
3319058 was generated on Sep 27
these three cases are for the same issue, but we haven't received any reply yet.
May I ask who knows the Splunk's complaint contact information?

The issue persists, education team gave me a link(https://www.splunk.com/en_us/training/basic-subscription.html) for courses, but it does not work, it needs to be paid but our company already paid for subscribed courses.
Hi @JohnHong, please do not create multiple duplicate cases. The education team is getting through cases as quickly as possible. The best way to escalate a case is to follow the instructions from the automatic reply or add a comment from the support portal from your original case 3311455.

Thanks for your advice, actually, we tried to contact region HK contact +852 5801.4408 about the subscribed course issue on about Sep 12, the agent said he did not and have no idea. And we sent email on Sep 18 about the subscribed course issue, and we haven't got any replies. so may I know how long will it take?
