why I see 404s when try rules link in karma contest popup?

the contest is not yet live, it will start soon, and then the link will also be fixed. thanks for your patience.

I'm not seeing any longer, but when I did it only had "Agree" or "Disagree" buttons with no way to dismiss the pop-up until later.
