How to enable an export link for a table report?

How to enable export symbol in the report? I have created role based access. The users want to export the table to CSV. They don't need edit access. Is there a way to enable that for the report? I have admin access, but even then it's not enabled. What could be the reason? please help

are you using postprocess? you are unable to export on searches that are postprocessed.

Yes.. Post process search.. I will try remove

if you run the search without the post process, it should work, otherwise, if you use advancedXML, it should work, but that's deprecated and I'd try to avoid it if possible.
