Hi All,

I have installed java agent on a server where a standard java application is running. After starting the java application with appd java agent, on the controller it shows no load detected.

However there is ample load on the application.

Attached are the agent and ByteCode transformer logs for reference.

AppDynamics Version 4.2.6.1, build 35

Regards,

Sunil

Hi,

Could you please let us know the type of java application you are monitoring (ex: standalone java application or Servlet etc)

Hi Sunil,

Could you please create  custom entry point as Business Transaction will not get detected out of the box for standalone java application.

Please refer to the below doc to create custom pojo rule

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO44/POJO+Entry+Points

Thanks,

Atyuha
