Error while License count extraction through REST API

Hi , I am getting below error while extracting license count from APPD saas based controller.

org.appdynamics.appdrestapi.RESTAccess getApplications
SEVERE: Exception occurred executing REST query::
null

org.appdynamics.licensecount.CountLicenses init
SEVERE: No applications were returned when executing the request for application
s, please insure the information provided was correct.
Exiting.
