Splunk AppDynamics

DatabaseAgent(MongoDB) Collector time out

I have manged to run the database agent from an EC2 instance on aws. The SaaS platform shows the agent.

But on creating the collector I keep on getting a time out.

The log is as follows::

Hi Tuhin,

There was a limitation in our database agent; it could not connect to mongo when ssl is enabled which has been included in 4.4: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO44/Mnitor+SSL-enabled+MongoDB

Thank you for the reply.
I was trying with 4.3 version as we are using java 7.
Have to upgrade our java version and try it.
