Create graph of average user session

Trying to add a widget on a dashboard which basically shows the average user session on one of our apps, but when I try to select the metric I'm not being able to see "Session time" or something of the like. Also tried doing it through the analytics tab by creating a new search but still could not find the metric for it to display.

Also, is it possible to have a column graph of average user session per company(It is one of our user data attributes)?
