Agent and controller configuration failure

Hi,

Once downloading the agent from getting started wizard and installing it from cmd prompt. I find warn log files "Warn RegistrationChannel Could not connect to the controller/invalid response from controller, cannot get registration information"

How to fix this issue?

If you config file looks good, you may walso want to check that you are able to reach / communicate to your controller host from your agent host. You can do so by running telnet commands from agent to controller host and port and confirm you have connectivity.

Hi ,

 I tried running telnet command and got this error message " could not open connection to the host, on port 443: connection faile"

I am using saas trial version.

Can you please cross check if your controller-info.xml file is correctly configured.
