Hi @otman01

Do you actually have a link to "this picture" you're trying to reference so users can see a visual of what you're talking about?

If you want gauges, you can use the radial gauge splunk provides. They look slightly different than in the app you mentioned but should work the same. As for looks of a dashboard in general, if you know how you can do almost anything to your dashboards!
If I were you, I'd start out simple (i.e. try to use what splunk provides) and then try to work your way to fancier and more complex visualizations.

You need to be more precise on what you want to do. Do you want to have the same optics like that app, or do you want to show the same information? Not to give you a lame answer, but obviously the app already exists, so it can be done. Whether you can do it depends on you, but how you do it in its entirety is beyond the scope of a single question (and answer), there are so many ways to do it. Have you tried the tutorial to build your own app with a custom visualization yet? It might be a good starting point.

If it's about the form of your dashboard, you are indeed practically unlimited (which means there is a lot you can/have to learn). What you definitely want to look at is how to use jquery and how to apply CSS to your app. For visualizations, you should try some from D3. Also for visualization, see this blog post.
Hope this gets you started 🙂
