It’s that time of year, Splunk’s annual Career Impact Survey is here! We invite you to share your experiences and insights about your professional journey with Splunk by completing the survey linked below.

The survey covers questions about you, your organization, your expertise with Splunk, and your career path. Your responses will be fully anonymized, ensuring your privacy and data are completely protected. The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to finish, and as a token of our appreciation, the first 500 qualified participants will each receive a $20 gift card!

TechTarget’s Enterprise Strategy Group, in partnership with Splunk, conducted a research survey of ~500 employed Splunk practitioners to explore if and to what degree their efforts learning and mastering Splunk tools are affecting career outcomes, such as earning power, promotability, and increased influence in their organization.

The research showed that expertise with Splunk leads to higher compensation, more portable skills, and increased career resilience. It also showed that Splunk Education resources are playing a greater role in upskilling users.

For the past three years, Splunk has partnered with Enterprise Strategy Group to conduct a survey of the Splunk Community and gauge the impact that Splunk has had on the careers and livelihoods of its users. This year, 750 community members participated in our annual Career Impact Survey, and they confirmed what we've already known since this survey began: Using Splunk, learning Splunk, and getting Splunk Certified pays off — literally!
