splunk db connect

After filling in the connection fields, and clicking save the Splunk returns the following error, "There has been an error processing your request. It has been logged (ID ea4e0b8f28c79b16)."
Could someone help me?

splunk version :7.2.4

db connect version :3.1.2

MySql database with version 4.2 driver

Did you check the logs?  splunkd.log and splunk_app_db_connect*
