I have some custom metrics and all of them work ok on my SAAS, when I'm going to test it, work ok: When I going to create the dashboard, I can create the graphics, but always with the same querys the "No data available" The other queries are exactly the same and the graphics haven´t any problem, the difference is just in the final part where we change 0 by 3 The outcome is just a integer number and Appdynamics show me like a succesfull test What could be the problem? ... We have a problem with custom metrics, when we remove custom metrics, always appear when we gonna create a graphic, in the same way some custom metrics don't appear when we create it. when we send the problem to cisco, Cisco refresh the platform for fix the problem, but don't exist a faster way for this? because wait until the cisco take action is taken weeks thak you ... I'm creating a dashboard with custom widget builder, I haven't problem with this, but I notice that every day the graphics for all application that I have, stop graphing to 14:00 hrs until 20:00 hrs  in that time between 14:00 and 20:00 hrs every day the graphic don't show nothing about the business transactions, that is not possible because in the default dashboard the transaction is working.
