We have a problem with custom metrics, when we remove custom metrics, always appear when we gonna create a graphic, in the same way some custom metrics don't appear when we create it.
when we send the problem to cisco, Cisco refresh the platform for fix the problem, but don't exist a faster way for this? because wait until the cisco take action is taken weeks

I don´t know who is the contact because our first contact is a vendor who implemented the platform and set up the product, we haven't had contact with Cisco directly
