Would it be possible to get a trial version of Server Visibility license? We are starting to use Dockerized Application which needs Docker Monitoring ( https://docs.appdynamics.com/ display/PRO43/Integrated+ Docker+Visibility ). In order to run Docker Monitoring, it seems that we also need the Server Visibility license. It would be helpful to run a trial version first. Please also provide information about the Server Visibility PRO (production) version and EUM (End User Monitoring) licences, both trial and production versions ( https://docs.appdynamics.com/ display/PRO43/EUM+Data), and their subscription costs.
