Does trial license come with Server Visibility License for Integrated Docker Visibility

Hello,

My question is about Integrated Docker Visibility . (https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO43/Integrated+Docker+Visibility). As I understood, we need to have Server Visibility license. Can we get a trial license for test, and what would be the PRO price of this license.?

Our company ( http://www.registrucentras.lt/en/) has subscribed to 32 of your JAVA APM monitoring licenses since 2013. I have questions about a couple of additional licences.

Would it be possible to get a trial version of Server Visibility license? We are starting to use Dockerized Application which needs Docker Monitoring ( https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO43/Integrated+Docker+Visibility ). In order to run Docker Monitoring, it seems that we also need the Server Visibility license. It would be helpful to run a trial version first.

Please also provide information about the Server Visibility PRO (production) version and EUM (End User Monitoring) licences, both trial and production versions ( https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO43/EUM+Data), and their subscription costs.

A prompt response is much appreciated as our department is considering next year's budget.
