Hi, In general, if you can do it from the UI there is an undocumented API that will let you do this. for processes, I can see there are a SIM API eg https://<tenant>.saas.appdynamics.com/controller/sim/v2/user/machines/<node>/processes?timeRange=last_1_hour.BEFORE_NOW.-1.-1.60&limit=1000&sortBy=CLASS so in theory you should be able to iterate this API asynchronously for all the nodes. "client_secret=$api_secret"; with extra headers: $oHttp->extra_headers = ["Content-Type" => "application/vnd.appd.cntrl+protobuf;v=1"];  then do a GET request to the API for your controller  "/api/oauth/access_token" this returns the access token to use for the API. @Saifuddin.Arif ideally the uptime should be 100% always. there are times however that the agent cant communicate with the controller and this will affect the uptime. These include: the node was stopped - eg for an upgrade the container that the node was on was stopped or destroyed the host that the agent is on could be too busy - e.g the CPU is too high. in this case the agent will pause communication with the controller until the host has recovered. the agent has a limited buffer so if it cant contact the controller for a protracted amount of time there will be data loss there is a problem with the host filesystem - eg a disk might be full. the machine infrastructure alerts should  there is a network problem somewhere between the host and the controller there is a problem at the controller side the first port of call is to reset the agent - if still seeing dropouts check the agent log files to see what errors there are. if the dropouts continue its worth raising a support ticket. Hi there, well the premise is that if you can see it in the controller you can get at it through the undocumented restui that the controller uses, but it does take a bit of analysis to figure out the correct calls to make. (also beware with restui as its undocumented its subject to change, but on the flip side dexter and other appdynamics tools also make use of restui calls) for example in my rapport application i extract a fair bit of information using restui calls. for example i surface all the healthrules for an application on a single web page. For that you would need to contact the tech support of the monitoring tool to establish what type of application server (if any) they use. If it's a standalone exe, with no application server, it's unlikely to instrumentable. You can do this using the controller, but it would take literally thousands of clicks in the controller to set up a dashboard that shows this for each backend in each application, and then it wouldnt be flexible when a new app was added or a backend added/removed. &nbsp; in the reporter, pick an application, pick a backend and drill down to transactions using that backend, its that easy! &nbsp; There a demo mode which means you can see all the functionality without entering any controller details.
