Hi Maria, As Peter mentioned --> The first time activity is seen, the BT registers and invocations subsequent to the registration will be collected and the statistics reflected in the BT dashboard. In addition to this, sometimes BT metrics will only show up after the restart of the JVM/process tied to these BTs. Hi Kundan, From the Controller UI, Click on Configuration & then select " Slow Transaction Thresholds " and pick the BT for which you want snapshot under " Individual Transaction Thresholds "   & tune the " User Transaction Thresholds " as needed.  Here's the link to the documentation - https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Transaction+Thresholds Try the above steps and see if you can capture a snapshot for the BT that you have created. Hi Scott, Try the below steps : In the Rule Configuration: 1st step - Match Classes with a class name that " Equals "  & Method Name " Contains "  ( restart the jvm/process tied to the app agent )  If the 1st step doesn't work, try the below 2nd step: 2nd step - Match Classes with a class name that " Contains "  & Method Name " Contains "  ( restart the jvm/process tied to the app agent )  Restarting the JVM & applying the traffic that invokes the class name and method is must.  Give it a try and let me know if that works.  Thanks, Sunil ... Hi Razziq, Is it a on-premise or SAAS controller ? If it is an on-premise controller, try reverting it back to the previous version or upgrade it to the latest version of the controller that's available at this point & see if that helps.
