Thanks for your answer but it does not solve the problem. I already tried to solve it  by refreshing the page, restart Splunk, use different browers (edge, firefox and chrome), but nothing helps. So I think the version of the app will not work in Splunk 9.1.1. Unfortunately the app is not supported so it looks like I must look for an alternative (if there is..). There is a Tag Cloud vizualisation but that is not so graphical as Wordcloud.  ... View more

Failed to load source for Wordcloud visualization

Recently we did an upgrade of Splunk from version 8.0.5 to 9.1.1.  After the upgrade we get the message "Failed to load source for Wordcloud visualization" when we select the Wordcloud visualization. We use the most recent version 1.11 (Wordcloud Custom Visualization | Splunkbase). It should be compatible with version 9.1 according to splunkbase.
