Hello, in education splunk portal I have successfully enrolled and completed the course "Intro to Dashboards". I have completed all activities in this course and even passed an "Intro to Dashboards Quiz" with 88% of success, however it's still labelled as "Not evaluated". When I click on the detail of quiz, it writes that i successfully passed. However I am unable to download the certificate - I still see a "Continue" button that takes me to the completed quiz page. Obtaining the cerftificate is crucial for my ongoing work, and I would appreciate it if you could investigate and resolve this issue.
