If the category is neg then high, low, med should be in red,orange and blue respectively else if category is positive the high , low, med should be dark green, green and orange .. how to do ?

In the below chart if u can see i have used round and avg to first_response and closure time.
But my values are not accurate, i want the values like if its 1.3 or 1.9 also it should display 2 but mine is shown as 1.3 is 1 and 1.9 is 2. But to perform the above function ceil isnt working what to do ?

I had a tabular chart which has component, basket and age column. But the problem was I had same component with different basket values and different ageing as different rows as shown below, which was duplicating my rows with same component name
So, My query was to use to combine the same component as a single row with multiple basket values and display the ageing of each component with respect to the basket,so i used the below code
But the output was this
but, it turns out that my values for the combined rows (as a single row) is missing, few are reversed and incorrect can anyone help out please?

So I have a tabular chart as below with component, basket and ageing for 1 to 10 days. So basically i am finding out the ageing of each component and also a basket filter to filter out the component based on different basket. But i don't want the basket column to be in my tabular chart like if u can see the last 2 rows are of same component but different basket now i want a single row of each component and i will add a filter using the basket column and it has to filter out according but my below tabular chart should be change to a tabular chart having only component column and age column (and only one row for each component).
So is it possible to do it. If yes, please help out.

My components column has too much values so I tried to add a horizontal scroll using CSS style tag with ID selector but i am unable to use the same style body for all the other panel or other charts. I am getting duplicate ID error. So how to make use of style body for multiple panel or charts?
