for my current splunk enterprise I am LDAP group for the authentification. So i am able login in DS but not in the searchhead and indexer UI even though credential and environment are same.
At the same time when i am try to login into searchhead and indexer via putty to see any app details i am able to do that. Only Splunk UI is not working,showing "invalid userid and password"

I am able to login into Splunk web of Deployment server in test environment but unable to login into splunk web of Search head and indexer in the same environment. login credential is same for every instance.what could be the issue

I did that before putting this query. As it is sample event so the query not able to populate the _time column.
Is it possible to make this query a dynamic. Dynamic means query pick the "sample" from incoming events. As the "sample" make it static even if status will change it wont get reflect in the output.
Post that i think _time column would get populate with the value

i opened that link. I used the rex expression created by that online regex tool. When i used that expression in my search query no data is showing in output.
My query is is there any other reason that data is unable to extract from the event and get populate into the field.

I think rex pattern is causing problem.
My data is like
'aaaa bbbb cccc dddd' (1234) is running.
'akdg ytdf tyui tyhj' (1245) is running.
so output should be in two different field
aaaa bbbb cccc dddd running

each events contain such kind of bunch of data. i want to create 2 fields capturing (A,B,C) in row and other capturing the corresponding status(running) in row.

created a dashboard showing status of server. created another dashboard which show status of all the application running under that server.
requirement: when the server status goes down, i have to click on it and it will take me to another dashboard which will show me which application is down due to which server is down.
