I have below combo for region/environment Cluster Space Region 1 useast01 abs-qpp1 QAEAST 2 uswest01 abs-qpp1 QAWEST 3 usqaf01 abs-qff QAF 1) If Cluster is useast01 and space is abs-qpp1 then the region is USEAST 2) If the cluster is uswest01 and space is abs-qpp1 then the region is USWEST 3) If the cluster is usqaf01 and space is abs-qff then the region is USQAF I would like to have a single dropdown filter for Region (USEAST, USWEST, USQAF) with dynamic label select option for the above combos. Yes, but that isn’t working. So here is a solution that I came up with — Step 1 - first write your results to a lookup file. <your query> |outputlookup yourlookup.csv Step 2 - use that lookup in the query as shown below: <your query> |append [|inputlookup yourlookup.csv |outputlookup yourlookup.csv override_if_empty = false create_empty = false] the above query writes the results and stores in yourlookup.csv with wider time range. And we are rewriting the stored results to the same lookupfile. In the last line override and Create_empty commands will make sure it will not give empty results. Note: use |dedup in the last if you see any duplicate results. step 3- Create a saved search with this query and schedule it according to your requirement.

The query is used in a dashboard panel as a statistical table with single row. the data is usually not available on regular intervals. Hence we would like to show the last available data instead of “no results found” when there is no data for the selected default time range that we have set.

I have a dashboard panel with a simple query, which gives top 20 values of the event. For example, I am searching for number of customers of top 20 countries of my product. As expected each country comes up with a unique value. Hence I need each cauntry should be given a unique color in the bar chart of a dashboard while each bar represents a unique country. Please suggest. Thanks!

Splunkers,
I am seeing exactly a one-hour time difference in "time" and "event" fields in my search results. The logs are coming in via DB Connect, and initially, I thought that the issue was with the time zones. I tried to change the timezones but that doesn't work.
Can someone please suggest on this?
