I encounterd that in some questions where the answer should have multiple options (choose all that apply), there were bullets that only allowed for one answer to be selected. As a result, I failed the exam.
This bug is likely impacting other users as well and needs immediate attention from the development team. The issue appears to be related to the functionality of the quiz module and may require a code update to fix the problem.
