I'm not able play any of the Splunk e-learning modules as of 29/07/2023. The video player keeps getting stuck and the modules get auto completed even without watching it. I'm also not able to re-launch the modules that I have watched.
Requesting @splunk to please help rectify this issue asap.
You might be facing technical glitches with the Splunk e-learning modules. Try clearing your browser cache, using a different browser, and checking your internet connection.
Splunk is aware of the problem and is working on it.
I'm having the same issue with completed and current courses. I even re-enrolled in a course just to try it but videos aren't loading and are auto-completing as you said. Labs aren't loading either but the Quiz is available. I sent in a support ticket 2 days ago to education_amer@splunk.com. Fingers crossed we'll get an answer!
Looks like I'm getting the same thing too (Intro courses to Splunk) None will play and I'm noticing its completing the entire video course when I later check.
I am also experiencing this issue.
I sent an email to education@splunk.com yesterday and created a ticket.
However, I have yet to receive any response regarding the status of the ticket.
