Pearson VUE account does not match my government issued ID

My name listed in my Pearson VUE account does not match my government issued ID.But i can't update my name online.There is no place for me to re edit my name.This makes it impossible for me to schedule an exam.Does anyone know how to update my account name.

The screenshot says to contact Customer Service.  Have you tried that?

I contacted TAC and they helped me open a case. Yesterday, I received an email from Vue, who told me that the information had been updated, but in fact, it hasn't been updated yet
