I've created my splunk account and already finished the free courses, but a week ago I verified my account with id.me. The email support blamed it on id.me and then they said there's some backend issue. Has anyone run into this?
I'm really in a pinch to get started on training since I'm done with the Free courses and need into the rest to take the certification. Kinda shocked a company this big won't offer credits for those courses or manually activate my account until they figure out why it's showing $500 a course.

Have you already opened a case by emailing Education_AMER@splunk.com? This is the way to look into your case individually and assist.
Yes I’ve been emailing back-and-forth with them and they actually stopped responding. I’ve sent several follow-up emails with no reply.
