We just upgraded to 6.4.1 and some users are now stating that they are not seeing the "Patterns" tab after searches run, and the download icon is not appearing as well. The app version is 6.4.1.
They already tried clearing their cache and restarting the browser.
Check the Roles under "Settings" -> "Access Controls".
They are probably missing the capabilities they need.

Never mind - found it. Apparently they are now separate capabilities within the tool.
