Hi,

I want to create my own message (like https://answers.splunk.com/storage/attachments/67212-splunk-alert.png - but with my own content). How to do it and is there a REST endpoint to do it?

You can use bulletin messages in splunk

Settings » User interface » Bulletin Messages
