Lookup and powershell command

hi

i want to use the powershell code below in order to know if the computer ping or not
PS C:> Test-Connection -ComputerName
in the lookup folder, i have a CSV file with the name of the computer i want to check
my question is how to adapt the powershell script in order to read the computer name in the CSV file and to check the ping?

So, you want to run this on a certain host, that is not a Splunk instance, or only has a UF?
You wan't a script that regularly pings some IPs from a CSV file?
