1	Introduction to Splunk IT Service Intelligence
2	Installing and Administering ITSI (eLearning)

and following two courses are paid 

Using Splunk IT Service Intelligence

Implementing Splunk IT Service Intelligence

for certification there is no Prerequisite Certification for this. you can directly attempt the certification
