Hi,

I have installed ITSI and configured some services. It was working fine. Yet after a restart of splunk I got an error message:

Some failures occurred while attempting to import IT Service Intelligence settings from conf files for apps and modules. Please check logs for details of which settings failed to import.

Looking in the _internal index at this time I found lot of errors like the following:

Have someone an Idea on the way to solve that?

Many thanks in advance
Olivier

I haven't seen that error, but the unable to edit error makes me think the user Splunk is running under may not have permission to modify that file. Is the SA-ITOA directory owned by the same user Splunk is running as?
