How do I Customize ITSI Episode Assignment drop down in "Episode Review" to use custom group names

I am on ITSI version 4.1.0, and wanting to point the "Unassigned" drop down list to custom lookup list of team names instead of the default list that out of the box shows all users that are authorized to log into Splunk. This will enable Episodes to follow a workflow aligning to the team that the issue was escalated to.

This dropdown cannot be customized. All names in the dropdown must be ITSI users.
