Why can't I access Splunk web?

HI Team,

Created AWS EC2 and  installed Splunk Enterprise in ubuntu successfully,  splunk service and ports are running fine but I am not able to access splunk web it's showing site can't be reached.

 I saw many post relevent to same issuse but it's not working , Kindly give clear info regarding this

Make sure your AWS security groups are set up correctly.  They need to allow access from your workstation to port 8000 on the EC2 instance.

Then check the firewalls on your workstation and/or network to confirm they allow access to your EC2 instance.
