Splunk Multisite Master site datacenter migration

Hi,

We are having splunk multisite cluster environment (site1_Master, site2). Due to frequent datacenter failure issues we are planning to migrate the servers of our Master site to other datacenter. I would like to know what is best ways to migrate without or less downtime. And also order of moving the components to new datacenter. We have License master, Clustermaster, Deployment server, Deployer, Search heads in cluster and indexer in cluster in this Master site datacenter. We also have Splunk ITSI DA app running.
