Splunk Monitoring Console - Mobile

We recently setup Splunk Mobile and we want to be able to view the monitoring console in the dashboards section of the app. When we add it in the GUI on the user, we do not see it in the mobile app. Is this not supported or is there a change we need to make somewhere? We see other apps that we add but not the monitoring console. 

I imagine it would be supported since it shows up in the list of available apps. 

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

The user must have admin access to see those dashboards. Can she/he see those on MC node already?

That works at least with OnPrem version, with cloud I haven't try yet what is situation with CMC.

Yes, this user is able to see the monitoring console when logged in directly to the web gui. It's only in Splunk Mobile where it isn't displaying.

And Mobile Gateway is running on MC host and device is also granted with correct permission on that host? You must do those grants on all nodes which you want present to users (ex. SHC, where one node is enough).
