Data Questions

Good Afternoon,

Hi,

I have some questions regarding the data in the ADP Mobile client report:

  1. How often does this data update?
  2. Total Cumulative Users – Does this include terminated employees who previously registered for the app?
  3. Total Active Users – what is the criteria for this? Logged on within the last 30, 60, 90 days?
  4. It’s July 1st and I tried running data for the previous month to get June data. Nothing came up for Total active users, why is this?

Thank you!
Keri

  1. Do you have a sheet that explains what all of the metrics mean? That would be very helpful.

Where is the "ADP Mobile client report"? What app is it part of?

We use the splunk enterprise website. Below is the link that I use to log in

https://splunkprod.whc/en-US/app/mobilepm/client_report_usingsummaryindex?return_to=%2Fen-US%2Fapp%2...

I would love to discuss this over the phone if possible.

splunkprod.whc doesn't resolve. Can you just describe the report?
You are aware this is a community forum, not official Splunk Support, right? There is no phone support here.

It is a Mobile App Utilization Report. It includes metrics such as:

Total Users over the Month,

Total Logins over time/month- current year

Total Active Users

Does that help?

I've tried to get support from Splunk but have not had luck.

Are you sure it's a Splunk app? I see nothing in splunkbase for "ADP". If the app is provided by a third-party then you should contact that provider for support.

I sign in on my desktop. It says "Splunk>Enterprise" and then it says "App:Mobile PM".
