DBConnect app on Splunk Cloud

How to configure DB connect app on Splunk Cloud to talk to DB2 server running locally. we don't have Splunk enterprise or Heavy forwarders. Please advise

You must install a local heavy forwarder on which to install and run DB Connect. It can't be run on Splunk Cloud.
