ITSI Entity navigation, pass selected KPI

Splunk Cloud Platform

I have a entity navigation configured for a custom entity. I want to pass the name of the selected KPI as a URL parameter to the dashboard associated with the entity navigation. How can I do this as selected KPI is not part of entity information.
