Unable to access enterprise console

What could be the possible reasons of not being able to access the Enterprise Console URL? (considering it was working fine the day before and something changed overnight that we are unaware of?)

Hey Shradha,
Can you check if you are not using load balancer url with port 9191 and recently you failed over controller to secondary?
Try accessing by direct server in url where ev is running i.e. https://server:9191

You may also check if EC process is running on the box.

Regards,
VVS

Hi yes, it was a load balancer issue. Seems to have worked. Thank you!
