Hi guys,

I need to create a widget that displays data from exactly 7 days in the past, say 1 hours worth.

Whenever the dashboards gets refreshed it will display that one hour of data that occured exactly 7 days in the past, so not a static date, but a rolling 1 hour window 7 days old.

Thoughts ? ideas ?

Hi Frederic,

You should be getting 1-hour resolution data after 48 hours. There will be 1 data point for each 1 hour data, this will be upto 365 days. Please refer the below document link for better understanding of of rolling up of metric data.

Hope it helps.

Thanks,

Yogesh

Hi Frederic,

If we understand your requirement corrctly, you want to create a widget which will display the metric of past 7 days irrespective of dashboard time-range. Please confirm. If yes, please edit a widget update time-range as 'Use Widget Specific Time Range' and select past 1 week. Please refer the attached screenshots.

Please let us know if it helps or if there is any disconnect in understanding.

Thanks,

Yogesh
